51,589 square feet under roof. Wood truss roof on laminated wood arches with masonry walls.
ACS has teamed up with CDG and CBI to put up quite a variety of churches throughout the state
over the past few years.

Saint Patrick Catholic Church, Mount Dora (Existing Structure)
Investigation of cracks appearing near clerestory windows above Nave. Building is 5-7 years old.
Conclusion: Cracks resulted from a one-time change in moisture-content after construction. Cracks
are cosmetic, but not of any structural concern. They have since been patched.

Remodel of Sears at Winter Garden Plaza

Former Sears building has been subdivided into units, and new facades and towers have been applied to two
faces of the structure.
Professional Office, Leesburg
Engineer of Record: Timothy A. Barber, PE, of ACS Engineering, Inc.
1920s-era residence converted to professional office. Renovations included reinforcing the floor
system to current commercial codes, the addition of the accessibility ramp, compliance to ADA
and other life safety features. The renovation was featured in an
Orlando Sentinel Article.
Both the Eustis and the Pensacola Advance Auto Parts stores have had some ongoing foundation
issues, though for different reasons. ECO Construction & Maintenance brought ACS Engineering
